Sage Trading Suite Affiliate Program Terms

These Affiliate Program Terms govern participation in the Sage Trading Suite Affiliate Program.

1. Application and Approval

Participation requires approval by Sage Trading Suite. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Sage Trading Suite may approve, decline, suspend, or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program.

2. Affiliate Referral Links

Approved affiliates may receive a unique referral link or referral code. Affiliates may not alter referral tracking, impersonate another affiliate, create misleading referral links, or attempt to claim referrals that did not originate through their authorized promotional activity.

3. Accurate Promotion

Affiliates must describe Sage Trading Suite accurately and may not make false, misleading, deceptive, or unsupported claims about the software, investment performance, potential profits, expected returns, or financial results.

Affiliates may not state or imply that Sage Trading Suite provides personalized investment advice, guarantees investment results, or guarantees that a customer will make money or avoid losses.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

Affiliates are responsible for clearly disclosing their affiliate relationship when promoting Sage Trading Suite and for complying with applicable advertising, endorsement, disclosure, privacy, email, and consumer-protection requirements.

5. Commissions

The standard affiliate commission rate is currently 25% for qualifying referred subscription revenue unless a different rate has been established for the affiliate.

A referral or application does not by itself create a commission. Commissions are earned only on qualifying customer payments that are successfully received and attributed to the affiliate under the Affiliate Program's referral and commission rules.

Refunded, reversed, disputed, fraudulent, canceled, or otherwise non-qualifying transactions may be excluded from commissions or may result in an associated commission being voided or adjusted.

6. Self-Referrals and Abuse

Affiliates may not use their own referral link to obtain commissions on their own purchases or engage in fraudulent, manipulative, deceptive, or abusive referral activity.

7. Affiliate Status

Affiliate status may be suspended or terminated for violation of these terms, misuse of the Sage Trading Suite name or referral system, misleading promotion, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that threatens customers or the integrity of the Affiliate Program.

8. Independent Relationship

Participation in the Affiliate Program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, or joint-venture relationship between the affiliate and Sage Trading Suite.

9. Program Changes

Sage Trading Suite may modify the Affiliate Program, commission structure, eligibility requirements, or these terms. Material changes may require affiliates to accept updated terms before continuing participation.

10. Educational Nature of Sage Trading Suite

Sage Trading Suite provides educational and informational tools. It does not provide personalized investment advice or guarantee investment results. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal.
